What is ecoMVMNT’S Return Policy?
Returns are refundable for up to 30 days depending on the product purchased and the company's refund policy. Email us at support@ecomvmnt.ca and provide the reason why you wish to receive a refund or exchange. Please include your phone number in case we need to contact you regarding your return. We will respond to your email within 24 hours. Items to be returned will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping costs.
If you need to exchange your product for the same item purchased, send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your mailed package at support@ecomvmnt.ca Please include a photo and the reason why you wish to exchange the item. We will respond to your email within 24 hours.
After 30-days all products are non-refundable.
