RETURN POLICY

What is ecoMVMNT’S Return Policy?

Returns are refundable for up to 30 days.  Email us at support@ecomvmnt.ca and provide the reason why you wish to receive a refund or exchange.  Please include your phone number in case we need to contact you regarding your return.  We will respond to your email in 24-hours or less…guaranteed!  Items to be returned will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping costs.  

If you need to exchange your product for the same item purchased, send us an email within 48-hours of receiving your mailed package at support@ecomvmnt.ca  Please include a photo and the reason why you wish to exchange the item.  We will respond to your email within 24-hours.

After 30-days all products are non-refundable.

 

SHIPPING

When will my order be fulfilled and my package delivered? 

Once we receive your order, we will begin the process of shipping your package and you will receive an email soon after confirming the shipping date and Canada Post tracking number. 

Our team will have your package delivered to your shipping address in 15 business days or less.  Your package will probably arrive sooner but we allow for any unforeseen circumstances that are not within our control, i.e. COVID-19, high demand of specific eco-products.

 

PAYMENT

What are my payment options? 

Our preferred method of payment is credit card.  We accept Visa or MasterCard.  ecoMVMNT has a secure credit card processing system provided by Shopify.  We also accept PayPal payments.

For specific ecoMVMNT products we offer a payment plan so you can pay over multiple weeks and you will not be charged any interest or monthly fees.

 

WARRANTY

What is your warranty policy? 

The warranty of each product you purchase at ecoMVMNT is based on the warranty of the manufacturer.  The warranty of each product is included in the product description.  If you require further details of the manufacturer’s warranty please contact us at support@ecomvmnt.ca
