What’s the difference between River 2, River 2 Max, and River Pro?
Each of the RIVER Series has its advantages. RIVER 2 is ideal for lightweight, grab-and-go power, which you can expand with the extra battery. RIVER 2 Max includes the extra battery by default, which you can remove to go lightweight. RIVER Pro is made for those that need even more capacity for off-grid, long haul adventures.

Can River Pro handle Hi-Voltage appliances?
Yes. RIVER Pro can power devices up to 1800W with our proprietary technology, X-Boost. *X-Boost can run devices that require up to 1800W, however, it’s best to test before use. Some 600W–1800W appliances with strict voltage requirements may not function (e.g. air compressors).

How does the Emergency Power Supply (EPS) work? And how fast is it?
When your portable power station is plugged into the wall, any electronics plugged into it are powered from the grid and not its battery. When power from the grid stops, as in a blackout, the power station automatically switches to battery power within 30ms.

How long can the product charge my devices?
The charging time is shown on the product’s LCD Screen, which can be used to estimate the charging time of most appliances with stable power usage.

Cannot find the router WiFi at home
1. Press IOT Button again to try reconnecting with power station.
2. Use another phone hotpot as a router. If you can connect the device to the hotspot network, it means that your router Wi-Fi is not 2.4 GHz. In this case, you can modify the router setting.

How can I know if the product is charging?
When it’s charging, the remaining charging time will be shown on the LCD Screen. Meanwhile, the charging indicator icon begins to rotate with the remaining battery percentage and the input power shown on the right of the circle.

Battery care and storage
1. Please use or store the product in an environment temperature between 20°C to 30°C, away from water, heat, and other metal objects.
2. For long-term storage, please discharge the battery to 30% and recharge it to 60% every three months; products that have not been charged and discharged for more than 6 months will not be covered by the free product warranty.
3. For safety, please do not store the product in an environment temperature higher than 45°C or lower than -10°C for a long time.
4. To prolong the battery life, please use the product in an environment temperature between 20°C to 30°C.

What it the battery cell chemistry of the RIVER 2 Series?
RIVER 2 Series models have LFP battery chemistry. This allows RIVER 2 Series models to charge and discharge around 3000 times (approximately 10 years of use) before its battery capacity drops to 80%.

What is the operating temperature range of the RIVER 2 Series?

Why won't my RIVER charge at all?
1. The charging temperature may be too high. If you used high-power electrical appliances for extended periods, don’t use the power station for a while to allow the temperature to drop.
2. The charging temperature may be too low. If the outside temperature is too low or the temperature of the battery cell is lower than 0°C, place the power station somewhere warmer.
3. The charging voltage or current may be too low. Charge the device according to the rated charging voltage and current.
4. Change the charging method or the cable. If the solar panel has no input and the car charger has input, it means that the solar panel or solar charging cable is broken. Try to replace the solar charging cable or solar panel.
