On May 13th Paul Bolté will be spin biking and rowing 12 consecutive hours (7am-7pm) to support and raise money for two very important charitable organizations.

Trees For Life (TFL) works with community partners across Canada to plant trees where we work, live, and play and to date TFL has planted over 3.1 million trees. Your donation will go towards helping TFL plant more trees in 2023 and you can also donate in "Honour of a Hero". 
University Health Network (UHN) is a network of four major Toronto hospitals that's recognized across Canada and around the world as leaders in medical research and health care. Your donation to UHN Foundation will go directly to the "Nursing Fund For Excellence" - the front-of-the-line heroes in their dedication and commitment to caring for those who need it.
