Excellent

After calling in to make sure the charger was in stock on the weekend I was called back and told they would be able to confirm that after they spoke with their Swytch Bike supplier on Monday or Tuesday. Got the call back on Monday and they e-mailed a link to order. Got my charger by Wednesday. Great customer service.

Excellent service from pre purchase to delivery and install

My experience was nothing but the best. Paul patiently answered all my questions and was very helpful and readily available by email. Once ordered delivery came in exceptionally quick time frame. He also follows up after delivery to offer help if any is needed. Thank you so much. I am looking forward to many bike trips.
