City of Ottawa STOPS Plastic Bottles
The City of Ottawa has plans to stop selling water in plastic bottles on city property by the end of June.  The city has taken steps in the last five years to provide alternatives to bottled water, including installing new water fountains and converting old fountains with newer models that make it easier to fill up reusable bottles.

These proactive environmental initiatives by the City of Ottawa has and will continue to reduce the number of plastic bottles being sold.  If your city does not have a STOP Plastic Bottle program like Ottawa then contact your local politician and be part of the ecoMVMNT.
